This once-a-year special is one of the most beloved De La Montanya traditions, available exclusively to our Wine Club members. It’s more than just a discount—it’s your chance to mix and match from a treasure trove of unique and limited wines, many of which you won’t find on our standard tasting menu.

So, what exactly is in Dennis’s Grab Bag? Great question. Each year during bottling, the first case—or sometimes even the first two cases—off the line are set aside. Why? Because when we switch between wines during bottling, there’s always a small chance of blending traces from the previous wine left in the hoses. While still perfectly delicious, these bottles are set aside just in case, and they’ve become a core part of the Grab Bag selection.

But that’s not all. Dennis also digs deep into his personal stash, which, after years of collecting, is truly something to behold. He pulls out forgotten favorites, end-of-vintage gems, and wines that have quietly aged into something special. These limited finds are offered up once a year, and only to our club members.

The best part? You get to choose. Club members can mix and match their own personal “grab bag” from a curated list, building a case (or more) of wines at a special price. Whether you're restocking your cellar, trying something new, or nabbing that wine you loved last year, this is your moment.

The discount only applies to the selected wines and the quantities available. We welcome you to explore everything else we have to offer; however, other core wines will only be purchasable at your usual wine club discount.

Step-by-Step Guide to gain access

Note: We check Wine Club status upon processing of orders.

Before the sale begins, we suggest signing in to your account to make the checkout process smoother. The discount will be automatically applied, and your information will be autofilled.

Sign In to your existing account.

Are you a Wine Club member but haven’t set up your store account yet? Click “Register Here”, fill in the email that you gave for your Wine Club account and fill out the other information.

Don’t have an account or haven’t had time to set it up?

While we suggest setting your account up eventually, there is an easy fix for this situation.

Once you have applied to your wine selections to your cart.

Head to the “checkout” button on the top right of the store.

From there, fill out your shipping and billing information and scroll down to the “Wine Club” section of the checkout page.

This is where you need to select that you are an existing Wine Club member and select which club you are in. If you don’t remember the specifics, this isn’t a big deal, we have your information and can adjust when your order has been processed.

Once selected, the store will apply the special discount to your wines. From here you will be able to check out.
