Membership Benefits:

As a De La Montanya Wine Club member, you will enjoy the following benefits:

• Access to exclusive wines, including limited releases and pre-release offerings.

• Complimentary wine tastings for you and your friends when you visit.

• 20% Discounts on wine purchases, merchandise, and special events.

• $38 Flat shipping for members on orders of 6-12 bottles and per case after that.

• Invitations to members-only events and parties.

• Priority access to new releases and special promotions.

• Customizable wine shipments to suit your preferences and frequency.

Membership Types:

De La Montanya offers the following membership types:

Core Club: Receiving semi-annual wine shipments (6 bottles, 2 times per year)

Primo Club: Receiving quarterly wine shipments (4 cases per year), by invitation only.

Wine Shipments:

Members will receive wine shipments based on their selected club type (MIXED or REDS). Shipping costs are a flat rate of $38 for 1-12 bottles and per case after that, and applicable taxes will be added to the final cost. Shipments will be made in accordance with state and federal regulations regarding the sale and shipping of alcoholic beverages.

Any changes to shipments during transit constitute a fee of $22 from UPS and FEDEX.

Conditions of membership:

After signing up, we require you to be a member for a year (2 shipments) before cancelling. If you do not fulfill the 2 shipment requirements of the wine club, you will be back charged for the full retail of any purchases made at the winery.

Payment:

Wine shipments will be automatically charged to your credit card on file at the time of shipment. Members are responsible for ensuring that their payment information is up-to-date.

Cancellation:

You can cancel your membership anytime prior to the next scheduled shipment. Cancellation requests received after this period may result in the processing of one additional shipment. All changes/cancellations must be made in writing via email to wineclub@dlmwine.com

Returns/Refunds:

In the wine industry, we are subject to many factors. If you are not satisfied with your wine please contact wineclub@dlmwine.com to make the appropriate request for substitution. We are happy to assist in replacing any corked wine. Cancellation or Wine Club shipments are the responsibility of the member and any refunds can not be processed after 90 days of processing (see cancellations policy).

Shipping and Delivery:

We ship our wines to most states within the United States, but there are some restrictions due to state laws. It is your responsibility to verify whether we can ship to your state. We are unable to ship to P.O. boxes. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Wine Shipments require an adult signature. All alcoholic beverages sold in California and the title passes to the buyer in California. We make no representation to the legal rights of anyone to ship or import wines to any state outside California. The buyer is solely responsible for the shipment of alcoholic beverage products. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf to engage a common carrier to deliver your order to you. Your credit card information may be given to the shipping company for the shipment of your wine. We are unable to ship to certain states due to state regulations.

Pick-Up Option:

Members who prefer to pick up their wine shipments in person may do so at our winery during specified pick-up periods. Members will be notified in advance of these dates.

Age Verification:

By joining our Wine Club, you confirm that you are at least 21 years of age. An adult signature will be required upon delivery.

Personal Information:

De La Montanya is committed to protecting your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties without your consent. By joining our Wine Club, you consent to receive our newsletters and updates. You may opt-out at any time.

Changes to Policy:

De La Montanya reserves the right to modify or amend this Wine Club Policy at any time. Members will be notified of any changes in advance.
